Delivery Information
For any product purchased on WatchEssence.com, you can expect delivery within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. All shipments are insured by Watch Essence up to $25,000, with additional insurance provided for items exceeding this amount.
All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. FedEx handles our shipments, and Berkley Asset Protection provides our insurance.
If a product is lost or damaged during shipment, our insurance providers will conduct an investigation to resolve the issue. Should this occur, you may be entitled to a full refund, pending the decision of our insurance provider.
Currently, Watch Essence only accepts orders and ships within the United States. We do not accept international purchases.
Please note that Watch Essence will ship your purchased product to your billing address instantly. Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be reviewed before accepted.

Delivery time
If the copy becomes distracting in the design then you are doing something wrong or they are discussing copy changes. It might be a bit annoying but you could tell them that that discussion would be best suited for another time.
Tracking
To short sentences, to many headings, images too large for the proposed design, or too small, or they fit in but it looks iffy for reasons the folks in the meeting can’t quite tell right now, but they’re unhappy, somehow.
