Returns and Refunds
Acceptable Returns: At Watch Essence, we are committed to ensuring our customers’ satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy permits returns for online purchases within 3 calendar days of receiving the watch, provided the item is returned in its original condition, without any visible wear or use.
If you wish to return your purchase, please make sure the watch is sent back in the exact condition you received it, including all original paperwork, boxes, receipts, and booklets. Once we receive and inspect the watch to confirm it meets the return criteria, Watch Essence will process a refund of the purchase price. The refunded amount will be the original purchase price minus any return shipping and insurance costs, as well as any fees from payment methods such as credit cards or Bank Wire.
Upon arrival at our headquarters, your package will be carefully inspected (all under video recording) by one of our experts to ensure it matches the exact condition it was sold in. If the watch was purchased with a box, paperwork, or tags (including the “non-removable” tags), please include all these in your package before a refund is issued.
*Please note: This policy applies only to watches available for purchase through our website’s checkout process. It does not apply to “Inquiry Only” products or in-store purchases.
Unacceptable Returns / Restocking Fee: If the product is returned within 3 days but not in the same condition it was shipped, Watch Essence may deny the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 10% of the watch’s sale price.
Returns will not be accepted for items returned broken or with signs of tampering or misuse, such as: opening the watch, removing links, exchanging or replacing any part of the watch, cracked crystal, heavy scratches that cannot be removed with a polish, dented or chipped pieces on any part of the watch. Watch Essence reserves the right to deny a return if it deems the return policy was violated.
In-Store Purchases: All in-store purchases are final sale. No returns will be accepted.
Inquiry Only Purchases: Products available via Inquiry Only can be recognized by an “INQUIRE NOW” button on their product page instead of a “BUY IT NOW” button.
While Watch Essence guarantees the authenticity of all watches, “Inquiry Only” products are final sale. No returns or exchanges are acceptable for any product marked as an “INQUIRY ONLY” product.
Initiating a Return:
By Email: To initiate a return, email us at info@watchessence.com with the subject “Order #xxxx: Request to Return”. A Watch Essence representative will then contact you to arrange the shipping and insurance for your item. Act promptly as we do not accept returns outside of the 3 calendar day window from the date you originally received the watch. Watch Essence is not responsible for lost packages.
