Returns and Refunds
At The Watch Essence, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our return policy allows for returns of online purchases within 15 calendar days of receiving the watch, provided the item is returned in its original condition, showing no signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please ensure the watch is sent back in the exact condition it was received, including all original paperwork, boxes, receipts, and booklets. Once we receive and inspect the watch to confirm it meets our return criteria, The Watch Essence will process a refund of the purchase price. The refunded amount will be the original purchase price minus any return shipping and insurance costs, as well as any fees associated with payment methods such as credit cards or bank transfers.
Upon arrival at our headquarters, your package will be carefully inspected (under video recording) by one of our experts to verify it matches the condition in which it was sold. If the watch was purchased with a box, paperwork, or tags (including “non-removable” tags), please include all these items in your return package to ensure a refund is issued.
Please note: This policy applies only to watches purchased through our website’s checkout process. It does not apply to “Inquiry Only” products or in-store purchases.
Unacceptable Returns / Restocking Fee:
If a product is returned within 15 days but not in the same condition it was shipped, The Watch Essence reserves the right to deny the return.
Returns will not be accepted for items that are broken or show signs of tampering or misuse, such as: opening the watch, removing links, exchanging or replacing any part of the watch, cracked crystals, heavy scratches that cannot be polished out, or dents or chips on any part of the watch. The Watch Essence reserves the right to deny a return if it determines the return policy has been violated.
In-Store Purchases:
All in-store purchases are final sale. No returns will be accepted.
Inquiry Only Purchases:
Products marked as “Inquiry Only” can be identified by an “INQUIRE NOW” button on their product page instead of a “BUY IT NOW” button.
While The Watch Essence guarantees the authenticity of all watches, “Inquiry Only” products are final sale. No returns or exchanges are permitted for any product marked as an “INQUIRY ONLY” item.

To initiate a return, email us at info@watchessence.com with the subject line “Order #xxxx: Request to Return.” A The Watch Essence representative will contact you to arrange shipping and insurance for your item. Please act promptly, as we do not accept returns outside of the 15-calendar-day window from the date you originally received the watch. The Watch Essence is not responsible for lost packages.
